研究目的：

早期宫颈癌以手术治疗为主，术后五年存活率超过90%。手术给患者带来希望的同时，也损伤了患者完整的盆底结构，给中青年女性带来极大心理痛苦。中青年宫颈癌患者因其心理承受能力的脆弱性，在治疗期间承受着更大的心理压力，但目前很少关注中青年宫颈癌患者的心理防护。因此，本研究旨在探讨线上心理康复成长营对中青年宫颈癌术后患者心理痛苦程度、盆底肌恢复及社会交往需求的作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Early cervical cancer is mainly treated with surgery, and the five-year survival rate after surgery exceeds 90%. Surgery not only brings hope to patients, but also damages their complete pelvic floor structure, bringing great psychological pain to middle-aged and young women. Young and middle-aged cervical cancer patients are facing greater psychological pressure during treatment due to their fragile psychological resilience. However, there is currently little attention paid to the psychological protection of young and middle-aged cervical cancer patients. Therefore, this study aims to explore the effect of online psychological rehabilitation growth camps on the psychological pain level, pelvic floor muscle recovery, and social interaction needs of middle-aged and young cervical cancer patients after surgery.

纳入标准：

符合国际妇产科联合会（FIGO）关于宫颈癌标准诊断，为IA～IIA期宫颈癌患者；年龄<45岁，有性生活史，均首次接受手术，未进行任何放疗和/或化疗者；躯体功能正常，具有一定表达能力；本地区常住人口；知情同意，能积极配合治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

Biopsy-proven squamous cell Carcinoma, and the International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IA-IIA disease;age≤45 years;all patients underwent radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection, no radiation and/or chemotherapy;could read and speak Chinese, had Normal physical activity restrictions;were able to use a computer and/or smartphone to access the Internet;Resident population in the local area; Informed consent, able to actively cooperate with the treatment provider.

排除标准：

妊娠期、哺乳期患者；复发性癌症，有严重的心脑血管、肺部和肝肾和血液系统等严重原发性疾病，或有精神病、心理疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant and lactating patients;recurrent cervical cancer, have had severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, and cerebral diseases, or had mental illness history.

为期24周的干预措施是基于在线心理康复计划制定的，包括欣赏音乐故事、准备抗癌食物、阅读家书、心情故事和行动的力量。使用心理疼痛温度计测量心理痛苦水平，改良牛津评分量表（MOS）测量骨盆肌肉力量，以自我为中心的网络问卷测量社会关系的变化。

The 24-week intervention was developed based on the psychological rehabilitation programme online consisted of appreciation of music stories, preparation of anticancer food, reading family letter, mood story and power of your action.Psychological distress level was measured using the Psychological Pain Thermometer, pelvic muscle strength was measured using the Modified Oxford Grading Scale(MOS) and the changes of social relation was measured using the Self- centered Network Questionnaire.

Participants assigned to the control group received usual care, which was didactic session on lifestyle changes ((i.e., diet, sleep) and rehabilitation exercise ((i.e., physical activity, Pelvic floor exercises) delivered by staff-nurses of the study hospital. For management and data collection, the researcher taught the control group participants how to use WeChat to follow-up. Participants in the control group were approached by the data collectors for repeated outcome measurements at weeks 4,12 and 24.

Once the participant's verbal consent was obtained, one of study team member approached each participant to provide further study information and obtain written informed consent. Through used computer software (Excel program, Microsoft Corp) to generate a series of random numbers, we randomly assigned patients 1:1 to one of intervention group and control group. Participants, data analysts, and investigators were all blinded to the randomized allocation, and only the research assistants were aware of the allocation. This study conformed to the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics approval was obtained from the Affiliated Hospital of Guiling Medical University (reference number: GYLL2022058).

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers entered the data into the case report in a complete, clear, and correct manner. The data was entered using a database system with two people and two machines, and the input data was checked twice. The electronic data was classified and saved, and multiple backups were kept to multiple storage devices, properly stored to prevent damage.
