研究目的：

研究南少林理筋手法联合五子烫熨方外治治疗寒湿痹阻型肩周炎疗效，为本病探索一种高效、价廉、毒副作用小的临床治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the therapeutic effect of the combination of Nanshaolin tendon manipulation technique and Wuzi ironing formula on cold dampness obstruction type shoulder periarthritis, and to explore an efficient, cost-effective, and minimally toxic clinical treatment method for this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合人民军医出版社2012年第4版《实用骨科学》中肩关节周围炎的西医诊断标准
2.中医分型符合《中医病证诊断疗效标准》寒湿痹阻证的诊断标准
3.男女均可，年纪在40-60周岁范围以内者
4.近期未口服消炎止痛类药物，或者停服时间为两星期以上
5.2周内没有参加其他治疗者
6.同意加入本次研究 并于知情同意书签字

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for shoulder periarthritis in the 4th edition of Practical Orthopedics published by the People's Military Medical Press in 2012
2.Traditional Chinese Medicine classification meets the diagnostic criteria for cold dampness obstruction syndrome in accordance with the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases
3.Both male and female, aged between 40 and 60 years old
4.The patient has not taken any anti-inflammatory or analgesic drugs recently, or has stopped taking them for more than two weeks
5.Those who did not participate in other treatments within 2 weeks
6.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent document

排除标准：

1.有严重骨质疏松、肩关节外伤史、肩袖损伤、肩关节结核者
2.有合并心、肝、肾等 重病者
3.有严重精神障碍及智力问题者
4.依从性差及不配合调查者
5.正在参加其他临床试验
6.妊娠、哺乳期妇女及无法耐受治疗者
7.符合上述排除标准中的任意一条，即予排除

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe osteoporosis, history of shoulder joint trauma, rotator cuff injury, and shoulder joint tuberculosis
2.Individuals with severe illnesses such as heart, liver, and kidney
3.Individuals with severe mental disorders and intellectual disabilities
4.Poor compliance and lack of cooperation with investigators
5.Patients participating in other clinical trials
6.Pregnant and lactating women and those who cannot tolerate treatment
7.If any of the above exclusion criteria are met, it will be excluded
