研究目的：

调查维持型血液透析患者社会参与水平，研究维持性血液透析患者社会支持、心理一致感与社会参与的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the level of social participation of maintenance haemodialysis patients and to study the correlation between social support, sense of psychological coherence and social participation of maintenance haemodialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《慢性肾脏病筛查诊断及防治指南》终末期肾病诊断标准，接受至少3个月的维持性血液透析治疗且病情稳定的患者；②年龄≥18周岁；③意识清楚，智力正常，能配合完成问卷的填写；④知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease in the Guidelines for Screening, Diagnosis and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease, receive maintenance hemodialysis treatment for at least 3 months, and their condition is stable;② Age ≥18 years old; ③ Clear consciousness, normal intelligence, able to complete the questionnaire; ④ Informed consent, voluntary participation.

排除标准：

①其他脏器功能严重衰竭、恶性肿瘤等；②肢体残缺；③精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious failure of other organs, malignant tumors, etc.; ② Limb mutilation; ③ History of mental illness.
