研究目的：

当前关于意识障碍儿童在静息状态下EEG微状态变化的研究较少，这些变化的研究可能有助于意识障碍儿童临床意识水平的评估。因此，本研究的目的是利用EEG微状态变化探究其与意识障碍儿童意识水平的相关性，旨在为临床意识障碍儿童意识水平评估提供一种重要电生理指标。  

Objectives of Study：

There is currently limited research on EEG microstate changes in children with disorders of consciousness in their resting state, and these changes may contribute to the evaluation of clinical awareness levels in children with disorders of consciousness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between EEG microstate changes and the level of consciousness in children with disorders of consciousness, aiming to provide an important electrophysiological indicator for the evaluation of consciousness levels in clinical children with disorders of consciousness.

纳入标准：

意识障碍儿童入组标准：①符合意识障碍诊断标准；②年龄在3-8岁；③意识障碍发病前不存在神经系统疾病，如脑瘫、癫痫、智力低下等其他先天性或遗传性疾病；④进行相关检查前不存在感染性疾病；⑤监护人同意本研究。 健康儿童入组标准：①年龄在 3-8 岁；②不存在神经系统疾病，如脑瘫、癫痫、智力低下等其他先天性或遗传性疾病；③监护人同意本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for children with disorders of consciousness: ① Meet the diagnostic criteria for disorders of consciousness; ② Aged between 3-8 years old; ③ Before the onset of disorders of consciousness, there were no neurological diseases, such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disability, and other congenital or hereditary diseases; ④ No infectious diseases before relevant examination; ⑤ Guardians agree to this study Inclusion criteria for healthy children: ① Age range from 3 to 8 years old; ② There are no other congenital or hereditary diseases of the nervous system, such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disability, etc.; ③ The guardian agrees to this study.
