研究目的：

探讨外周动脉瘤腔内修复术后急性肾损伤的发生率;筛选外周动脉瘤腔内修复术后发生急性肾损伤的危险因素;探讨尿DKK3在预测大血管腔内修复急性肾损伤中的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the incidence of postoperative acute kidney injury after endovascular endoluminal repair of peripheral aneurysms; to screen for risk factors for the development of acute kidney injury after endovascular endoluminal repair of peripheral aneurysms; and to explore the predictive value of urinary DKK3 in the prediction of acute kidney injury in endoluminal repair of large vessels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18岁，不分性别;(2)择期血管腔内修复手术(手术时间≥2h，住院≥2天)

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years old, regardless of gender (2) Elective vascular endoluminal repair surgery (operative time >2h and hospitalization ≥2 days)

排除标准：

(1)患者或家属拒绝参与研究且未签署知情同意书的患者;(2)术前需要血液净化治疗的患者;(3)心脏冠状动脉造影及介入手术病例;(4)颅内血管支架植入术患者;(5)术后1周内未复查血清Scr的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients or their families refused to participate in the study and patients did not sign an informed consent form; (2) Patients requiring preoperative blood purification therapy; (3) Cases of cardiac coronary angiography and interventional procedures; (4) Patients with intracranial vascular stent implantation; (5) Cases in which serum Scr was not reviewed within one week after surgery.
