Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of real-time ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen in SMA patients.

纳入标准：

2022年1月1日至2023年08月31日，确诊为SMA的成年或者青少年型，且在我院进行超声引导鞘内注射纳西诺生的患者。

Inclusion criteria

From January 1, 2022, to August 25, 2023, patients diagnosed with adult or adolescent types SMA and underwent ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen at our hospital."

排除标准：

通过其他方式引导鞘内注射那西诺生的SMA患者。

Exclusion criteria：

SMA patients received intrathecal Nusinersen injection guided by a technique other than ultrasound.
