研究目的：

本研究旨在观察以健肾拍打操和八段锦结合的内瘘操运动对内瘘术后患者的动静脉内瘘成熟的效果，为提高动静脉内瘘使用质量及延长动静脉内瘘的寿命提供临床依据，以期达到改善患者生活质量、提高患者临床治疗的疗效及满意为目的。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the effect of a combination of kidney healthy tapping exercises and eight section brocade internal fistula exercises on the maturation of arteriovenous fistulas in patients after internal fistula surgery. This provides clinical evidence for improving the quality of arteriovenous fistula use and prolonging the lifespan of arteriovenous fistulas, with the aim of improving patient quality of life, enhancing clinical treatment efficacy, and satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-85岁； 2.符合终末期肾脏病常规透析治疗的诊断标准； 3.首次进行内瘘成型术，且预期寿命大于1年者； 4.具备语言表达能力，能够进行正常的沟通； 5.愿意配合本次研究并同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range from 18 to 85 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for routine dialysis treatment of end-stage renal disease; 3. For the first time undergoing internal fistula shaping surgery, with an expected lifespan greater than 1 year; 4. Possess language expression ability and be able to communicate normally; 5. Willing to cooperate with this study and agree to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.上肢因骨骼、肌肉等原因活动受限患者； 2.严重血液疾病、自身免疫系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、神经系统疾病及恶性肿瘤患者； 3.活动性出血患者； 4.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 5.正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with limited upper limb mobility due to bone, muscle, and other reasons; 2. Patients with severe blood diseases, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, and malignant tumors; 3. Patients with active bleeding; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
