研究目的：

明确胃癌及癌旁组织中NAT10、SMYD2、cis-H3、NE的表达差异及分子相关性情况与表达模型对胃癌患者生存和预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the differential expression and molecular correlation of NAT10, SMYD2, cis H3, NE in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues, and the impact of expression models on the survival and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

① 根据纳入和排除标准前瞻与回顾性收集胃癌患者组织标本、配对癌旁组织及血浆，对患者进行流行病学调查，随访，qPCR、WB、IHC、免疫荧光检测NAT10、SMYD2、cis-H3、NE的表达情况。 ② 对NAT10、SMYD2、cis-H3、NE表达水平与临床病理因素进行相关性分析，建立分子标记与胃癌转移事件及总生存之间的关联，描述不同临床因素及分子标记物的表达高低对于患者转移及生存的影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

① According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, prospective and retrospective collection of gastric cancer patient tissue specimens, paired cancer adjacent tissues, and plasma was conducted for epidemiological investigation and follow-up. The expression of NAT10, SMYD2, cis-H3, and NE was detected by qPCR, WB, IHC, and immunofluorescence. ② Conduct correlation analysis between the expression levels of NAT10, SMYD2, cis-H3, NE and clinical pathological factors, establish the correlation between molecular markers and gastric cancer metastasis events and overall survival, and describe the impact of different clinical factors and the expression levels of molecular markers on patient metastasis and survival. 

纳入标准：

1）自愿参加临床研究；完全了解、知情本研究并签署知情同意书；愿意遵循并有能力完成所有试验程序；2）性别不限，签署知情同意书时年龄≥ 18岁且≤70岁；3）病理报告确诊为胃癌；4）既往使用过中药、中成药、免疫调节剂（如胸腺肽、香菇多糖、白介素-12等）结束距开始研究用药必须≥2周。

Inclusion criteria

1) Voluntary participation in clinical research; Fully understand and be informed of this study, and sign an informed consent form; Willing to follow and capable of completing all testing procedures; 2) Gender is not limited, and the age at the time of signing the informed consent form is ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 70 years old; 3) Pathological report confirmed gastric cancer; 4) The time from the end of the previous use of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and immunomodulator (such as thymosin, lentinan, interleukin-12, etc.) to the start of the study must be ≥ 2 weeks.

排除标准：

排除标准：1）同时患有其他恶性肿瘤；2）缺乏完整的影像学及流行病学调查资料；3）存在已知的活动性或可疑的自身免疫病，入组时处于该疾病稳定状态者除外（不需要全身免疫抑制剂治疗）；4）已知有精神类药物滥用或吸毒史；5）意识不清的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) Simultaneously suffering from other malignant tumors; 2) Lack of complete imaging and epidemiological investigation data; 3) Individuals with known active or suspected autoimmune diseases, except those who were in a stable state of the disease at the time of enrollment (do not require systemic immunosuppressive therapy); 4) Known history of abuse or drug use of psychotropic substances; 5) Patients with unclear consciousness.
