研究目的：

明确芪莪颗粒的临床疗效，提供芪莪颗粒防治慢性胃炎“炎癌转化”的高级别临床研究证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical efficacy of astragalus and zedoary granules, and to provide high-level clinical evidence that astragalus and zedoary granules can prevent the "inflammation-cancer transformation" of chronic gastritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为 18～70 岁，性别不限； （2）符合胃癌前状态或胃癌前病变的患者诊断标准，且幽门螺杆菌检测阴性者（需 C13 或C14 呼吸试验至少一种）； （4）自愿参加本项临床试验，知情同意并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 70 years, regardless of gender; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with pre-cancerous state of the stomach or pre-cancerous lesions of the stomach and are negative for Helicobacter pylori (at least one of the C13 or C14 respiratory tests is required); (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical trial, give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并消化性溃疡、病理确诊为高级别上皮内瘤变或疑有恶变者； （2）有严重的消化系统疾病或腹部手术史者； （3）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； （4）合并有严重心、肺、造血系统、恶性肿瘤等原发性疾病，或其它系统严重疾病者； （5）法律规定的残疾患者； （6）长期服用NSAID类药物、酗酒史者； （7）过敏体质或对多种药物有过敏史者； （8）近4W内参加过其它药物临床试验，或近2周内使用过胃复春、叶酸等制剂者； （9）容易造成失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with combined peptic ulcers, pathologically confirmed high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or suspected malignancy; (2) Those with severe digestive diseases or history of abdominal surgery; (3) Pregnant and lactating women; (4) Those who have a combination of serious heart, lung, hematopoietic system, malignant tumor and other primary diseases, or other systematic serious diseases; (5) Patients with disabilities prescribed by law; (6) Long-term use of NSAID drugs, history of alcoholism; (7) Those who are allergic or have a history of allergy to multiple drugs; (8) Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the last 4W, or have used preparations such as gastrointestinal fuchsin and folic acid in the last 2 weeks; (9) Those who are prone to lost visits.
