本研究将探讨不同VTE预防措施对于患者VTE预防的有效性和依从性、安全性，以寻求VTE预防的最佳方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The study will explore the effectiveness, compliance and safety of different VTE preventive measures for VTE prevention in patients, so as to seek the best scheme for VTE prevention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄＞18岁；纳入的各中心骨科、神经内科、神经外科和普外科住院患者；Caprini血栓风险评分为高危及以上的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age>18 years old; Hospitalized patients from orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, and general surgery departments included in each center; Patients with a Caprini thrombus risk score of high risk or above.

排除标准：

入院诊断为VTE、PTE和DVT的住院患者；患者相关信息资料不完善且无法补充。

Exclusion criteria：

Hospitalized patients diagnosed with VTE, PTE, and DVT upon admission; The patient's relevant information is incomplete and cannot be supplemented.
