研究目的：

与常规正畸间隙关闭方法比较，评估骨增量手术辅助作用下对于成人缺失磨牙萎缩牙槽间隙正畸关闭的临床疗效，并对其安全性进行评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with conventional orthodontic space closure, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of orthodontic atrophic alveolar bone space closure in adults with missing molars assisted with bone augmentation surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单侧或双侧下颌第一磨牙或第二磨牙在正畸前因各种原因缺失1年以上，缺牙处牙槽嵴宽度小于7mm； 下颌第二磨牙存在或下颌第三磨牙可利用； 缺隙邻牙无牙髓、根尖炎症，未行根管治疗 牙周情况控制良好，无中重度牙周组织炎症； 牙齿移动区域不存在骨岛、骨瘤、根尖囊肿、牙根吸收等情况

Inclusion criteria

1)Unilateral or bilateral first mandibular molar or second molar missed for more than 1 year due to various reasons before orthodontic, and the width of alveolar ridge at the missing tooth is less than 7mm; 2)Second mandibular molar is present or the third mandibular molar is available; 3)There is no pulp and apical inflammation in adjacent teeth, and no RCT was performed. 4)The periodontal condition is well controlled and there is no moderate or severe periodontal tissue inflammation. 5)There are no bone island, osteoma, apical cyst and root resorption in the tooth moving area.

排除标准：

患者全身情况不佳，长期接受双膦酸盐药物、服用皮质类固醇或非甾体抗炎药及有任何阻碍骨重建疾病的患者； 缺隙邻牙存在牙髓、根尖炎症或已行根管治疗。 牙周炎晚期或牙周炎症未控制，牙龈重度退缩的患者； 有止血障碍的患者； 后牙严重反合需扩弓治疗的患者； 双颌前突等需要正畸正颌联合治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Patients with poor general condition, long-term use of bisphosphonates, corticosteroids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and any disease that prevents bone remodeling; 2)There is pulp or apical inflammation in adjacent teeth or they have undergone root canal treatment. 3)Patients with advanced periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontal inflammation and severe gingival retreat; 4)Patients with hemostatic disorders; 5)Patients with severe posterior teeth retraction requiring arch expansion; 6)Bimaxillary protrusion and other patients who need orthodontic-orthognathic combined treatment.
