研究目的：

（1）描述慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭肺康复行为改变的现状；（2）探讨COPD患者家庭肺康复健康行为改变的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Describe the current situation of changes in family lung rehabilitation behavior in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (2) Explore the influencing factors of changes in family lung rehabilitation health behavior in COPD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合GOLD指南COPD的诊断标准； （2）意识清楚、语言交流无障碍； （3）自愿参与本研究； （4）年龄≥45岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for COPD according to the GOLD guidelines; (2) Clear awareness and unobstructed language communication; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study; (4) Age ≥ 45 years old.

排除标准：

（1）患者合并其他严重疾病，如心、肾、脑等重要器官严重疾病； （2）处于疾病终末期； （3）经过解释依然无法理解问卷条目。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient has other serious diseases, such as serious diseases of important organs such as the heart, kidney, and brain; (2) In the final stage of the disease, (3) After explanation, patients still cannot understand the questionnaire entries.
