研究目的：

分析磁共振成像在痛风性关节炎痛风石手术治疗中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis Magnetic Resonance imaging in gouty arthritis tophi work in surgical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合美国风湿病学会制定的诊断标准者
2.有痛风石患者
3.自愿加入本课题研究，并签署知情同意书
4.于我院治疗且临床资料完整的患者
5.无MRI检查禁忌患者(如安装有心脏起搏器、人工瓣膜、幽闭恐惧症者等)。
注：同时符合以上1.2.3.4.5项标准者，方可纳入本试验。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who met the diagnostic criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology
2.There are patients with gout stones
3.Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent
4.Patients treated in our hospital with complete clinical data
5.There were no contraindications for MRI(such as the installation of artificial pacemaker, artificial valves, claustrophobia, etc).
Note: Only those who meet the criteria of 1.2.3.4.5 above can be included in this experiment.

排除标准：

1.伴有严重基础疾病者,合并其他类型关节炎如类风湿性关节炎、反应性关节炎、感染性关节炎以及有膝关节肿瘤史等病人
2.存在严重基础疾病，无法按照制定方案实行者
3.存在MRI检查禁忌症者
注：凡是符合上述排除标准任意一项者，皆不纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe underlying disease,oher types of arthritis were found like a Rheumatoid Arthritisreactive arthritis、Infectious arthritis and patients with a history of knee cancer
2.The existence of serious underlying diseases, can not be implemented according to the plan
3.Patients with contraindication of MRI examination
Note: Anyone who meets any of the above exclusion criteria will not be included in this trial.
