研究目的：

本研究诣在通过临床试验来探索内镜下手缝合（endoscopic hand suturing, EHS）技术封闭胃经内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD）（不论是否伴有固有肌层切除）创面的安全性和有效性；同时，我们通过联合EHS技术和钛夹，来进一步探索胃的个体化内镜下手术创面闭合策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic hand-suturing (EHS) for gastric defects after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) with or without myectomy through prospective clinical trials. At the same time, we further explore personalized closure strategies for the gastric defects under endoscopy by combining EHS and titanium clips.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经内镜下评估可行ESD切除（不论是否伴有固有肌层切除）的胃部病变； 2.切除标本大小为≤50mm； 3.18岁≤年龄≤80岁； 4.ECOG评分为0-1分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Endoscopic evaluation of feasible endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) with or without myectomy for gastric lesions. 2. The estimated size of the specimen is ≤ 50mm. 3.18 years <= age <= 80 years. 4. The ECOG score is 0-1 points.

排除标准：

1.明确发生淋巴结转移的病变； 2.一般情况差、无法耐受内镜手术者； 3.存在凝血功能障碍（血小板计数<5×104，凝血酶原时间国际标准化比值>2）及服用抗凝剂的患者，凝血功能纠正前； 4.患者拒绝或不适合手术者； 5.既往腹部放疗的患者； 6.“抬举征”阴性； 7.有研究者认为的其他临床、实验室情况病人不宜参加该项试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lesions with lymph node metastasis. 2. Patients with poor general condition and inability to tolerate endoscopic surgery. 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction (platelet count < 5 ×10^4, prothrombin time international normalized ratio > 2) or taking antithrombotic agents, before their coagulation function is corrected. 4. Patients who refuse or are not suitable for surgery. 5. Patients with previous abdominal or pelvic radiation therapy. 6. The 'lifting sign' is negative. 7. Some researchers believe that patients with other clinical and laboratory conditions should not participate in this trial.
