研究目的：

结合冠心病患者的冠状动脉 CT 影像学资料，利用“深度学习”技术建立测量心外膜脂肪组织（EAT）体积的模型，比较冠心病湿证及非湿证患者 EAT 体积和糖脂代谢表型的差异，探索中医湿证与 EAT 的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with the coronary CT imaging data of patients with coronary heart disease, "deep learning" technology was used to establish a model for measuring the volume of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT), and compared the EAT volume and glucose and lipid metabolism phenotypes of patients with wet syndrome and non-damp syndrome of coronary heart disease. differences, and explore the relationship between dampness syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and EAT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合冠心病的诊断标准： ①冠脉CTA证实血管狭窄程度≥50% ②年龄18至80岁 ③签署知情同意书 （2）符合中医湿证诊断标准 参照《冠心病痰湿证临床诊断标准》（胡镜清, 许伟明, 王传池,等. 冠心病痰湿证临床诊断标准解读[J]. 中国中医基础医学杂志, 2017, 023(009):1247-1250.）制定中医症候评价量表。收集患者临床资料过程中，对于难以辩证的患者资料，将有两个副高职称以上专家进行辨证确定。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease: ① Coronary CTA confirms the degree of vascular stenosis ≥50% ②Age 18 to 80 years old ③Sign the informed consent form (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for dampness syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine Refer to the "Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Phlegm-Dampness Syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease" (Hu Jingqing, Xu Weiming, Wang Chuanchi, et al. Interpretation of the Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Phlegm-Dampness Syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease [J]. Chinese Journal of Basic Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2017, 023(009):1247-1250. ) Develop a TCM symptom evaluation scale. During the collection of patient clinical data, two experts with associate senior professional titles or above will conduct dialectical identification of patient data that are difficult to identify.

排除标准：

（1）严重的肝、肾、心功能不全 （2）任何其它严重的疾病或状况如：恶性肿瘤、未良好控制的严重高血压、糖尿病、心律失常 （3）入选前 30 天内参加过另一个临床研究或已接受过本研究随机分组 （4）孕妇、准备怀孕的妇女及哺乳期妇女 （5）对碘造影剂过敏的患者 （6）研究者判断认为不适合参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe liver, kidney, and heart dysfunction (2) Any other serious disease or condition such as: malignant tumor, severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia (3) Participated in another clinical study within 30 days before enrollment or received randomization in this study (4) Pregnant women, women preparing to become pregnant and lactating women (5) Patients allergic to iodinated contrast media (6) Patients who are judged by the researcher to be unfit to participate in this study
