研究目的：

1、本项目运用干细胞外泌体喷鼻治疗抗过敏药物无效或者疗效欠佳的AR患者，评估其有效性和安全性； 2、评价与比较受试者治疗前后的鼻腔功能； 3、评价与比较受试者治疗前后的免疫功能。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This project uses stem cell exosomes nasal spray to treat AR patients who are ineffective or have poor efficacy in anti allergic drugs, and evaluates its effectiveness and safety; 2. Evaluate and compare the nasal function of subjects before and after treatment; 3. Evaluate and compare the immune function of subjects before and after treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合《变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南（2015，天津）》制定的诊断标准； 2、年龄：18-65 岁； 3、经规范化抗过敏药物治疗（包括持续局部糖皮质激素、局部与口服抗组胺药、鼻腔冲洗等）无效或疗效不佳；4、自愿签署知情同意书，理解并接受研究持续时间，能够且愿意遵守所有要求，包括按计划进行治疗、随访以及其他的研究程序。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria established in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (2015, Tianjin); 2. Age: 18-65 years old; 3. Standardized anti allergic drug treatment (including continuous local glucocorticoids, local and oral antihistamines, nasal irrigation, etc.) is ineffective or ineffective; 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form, understand and accept the duration of the study, be able and willing to comply with all requirements, including planned treatment, follow-up, and other research procedures.

排除标准：

1、患有鼻腔鼻窦其他疾病（如鼻息肉、慢性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎、框架结构畸形等）； 2、妊娠、诊断为自身免疫性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮、风湿性关节炎等；3、患有严重的全身疾病，如肿瘤、消化道溃疡、糖尿病、结核病、精神性疾病等病例；4、梅毒、麻风、结核等特异性感染；5、长期使用免疫抑制剂的受试者； 6、研究者认为不宜参加本临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other diseases of the nasal cavity and sinuses (such as nasal polyps, chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, frame structure deformities, etc.); 2. Pregnancy, diagnosis of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; 3. Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as tumor, digestive tract ulcer, diabetes, tuberculosis, mental disease, etc; 4. Specific infections such as syphilis, leprosy, and tuberculosis; 5. Subjects who have been using immunosuppressants for a long time; 6. The researchers believe that participants who are not suitable to participate in this clinical study.
