探究唾液金属离子与口腔扁平苔藓的相关性，进一步探究唾液金属离子是否可以预测口腔扁平苔的发生和发展  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between saliva metal ions and oral lichen planus, and to further determine whether and how saliva metal ions can predict the occurrence and development of oral lichen planus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经华西口腔医院口腔黏膜科医生诊断为口腔扁平苔藓的患者

Inclusion criteria

diagnosed with oral lichen planus by specilists in West China Hospital of Stomatology

排除标准：

1. 口内金属修复体：包括烤瓷牙、带金属的活动义齿、种植牙等。 2. 口腔卫生差：牙结石、软垢II度及II度以上。 3. 其他口腔黏膜病发作期。 4. 患有累及唾液腺的疾病：如唾液腺炎症、唾液腺肿瘤、干燥综合征等。 5. 其他严重系统性疾病：糖尿病、心脏病、高血压、阿兹海默症等。 6. 1周内用药者：包括中药、抗生素等。 7. 年龄：<18岁或＞60岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intraoral metal restorations: including porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns, metal-containing removable dentures, dental implants, etc. 2. Poor oral hygiene: presence of dental calculus, moderate and severe levels of plaque. 3. Other oral mucosal diseases in an active phase. 4. Affected by diseases involving salivary glands: such as salivary gland inflammation, salivary gland tumors, Sjogren's syndrome, etc. 5. Other severe systemic diseases: diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, Alzheimer's disease, etc. 6. Medication within the past week: including traditional Chinese medicine, antibiotics, etc. 7. Age: <18 years old or >60 years old.
