研究目的：

探讨针刺肌筋膜触发点对颈椎综合征患者疼痛、颈椎功能障碍指数、炎症面积、焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of acupuncture myofascial trigger points on pain, cervical dysfunction index, inflammatory area, anxiety and depression and quality of life in patients with cervical spine syndrome

纳入标准：

(1) 符合上述诊断标准者:(2)年龄18~70 岁,男女不限;(3)MRI 显示颈椎间盘轻度膨出,无占位病变、脊髓受压表现。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria :(2) men and women aged 18-70 years old; (3)MRI showed mild cervical disc bulge without space occupying lesion or spinal cord compression.

排除标准：

（1）不同意参与本研究(2)凝血机制障碍者;(3)局部皮肤溃烂或皮肤病患者;(4)严重高血压、糖尿病患者;(5)严重骨质疏松患者;(6)精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not agree to participate in this study (2) those with coagulation mechanism disorders; (3) Patients with local skin ulceration or skin diseases; (4) Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes; (5) Patients with severe osteoporosis; (6) Mental patients.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用非随机对照研究设计，研究者甲首先在随机数字表上选取120个数字，按照病人的就诊顺序一一对应进行编号，其中单号编入A组，双号编入B组。研究采用“双间式”设计，A组进入A房间（针刺筋膜触发点），B组进入B房间（银质针），两组均治疗一次，由研究者乙根据患者的编号进行随访，分别于干预前、干预后3d 、1w 、2w和1个月后利用数字等级评价量表（NRS）、颈椎障碍指数量表、医学红外线成像仪、焦虑抑郁量表和SF-36进行测量。利用SPSS26.0统计软件进行统计分析，利用独立样本T检验和重复测量方差分析进行测量。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomized controlled study design was used researcher A first selected 120 numbers on the random number table and numbered them one by one according to the order of patients' visits, in which the single number was assigned to group A and the even number was assigned to group B. The study adopted A "two-room" design, with group A entering room A (acupuncture fascia trigger point) and group B entering room B (silver needle). Both groups were treated once, and investigator B followed up the patients according to their patient numbers. Digital Rating Scale (NRS), Cervical Disorder Index Scale, Medical Infrared Imager, Anxiety and Depression Scale and SF-36 were used before intervention, 3d, 1w, 2w and 1 month after intervention, respectively. SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, independent sample T test and repeated measurement analysis of variance were used for measurement.
