本研究拟对不同配方的预包装食品的口感进行盲测,并进行人群清肠试验,拟选出最优的食品配方,而提高肠道准备清洁度,改善结肠镜漏诊率,避免肠镜复查,缩短监测时间,减少患者相关医疗费用,具有重要的公共卫生学意义。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this study, we propose to blindly test the taste of pre-packaged foods with different formulations and conduct a population cleansing test, select the optimal food formula, which has important public health significance to improve the cleanliness of intestinal preparation, improve the rate of missed colonoscopy, avoid colonoscopy review, shorten the monitoring time, and reduce the relevant medical costs for patients. |

The research design of the double-blind, single-centre, randomised controlled intervention trial was carried out by a current Master's student, Yang Xiaoli, as the project leader, under the guidance of Associate Professor Lingling Cui's supervisor, and the grouping random sequences were generated by randomly generating random numbers by using computer Excel, and then randomly grouping them in order of the generated random numbers from smallest to largest; the intervention programme was randomly given to the participants by the random number allocation of closed and opaque envelopes. |

Recruit healthy volunteers, sign the informed consent form, use the questionnaire, taste sensory evaluation, and detect the pH value of stool excretion, fecal residue, absorbance 0D value and other indicators after bowel cleaning, and use statistical methods to judge the intestinal cleanliness and effect. |
