研究目的：

1.探究电嵌针治疗卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效、安全性及其机制； 2.探索吞咽障碍治疗的新思路，为临床治疗选择提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the efficacy, safety and mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke survivors with dysphagia; 2. Explore new ideas for the treatment of dysphagia, and provide data support for clinical treatment selection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合脑卒中诊断标准； 2. 病程≤3 个月； 3. 年龄≥18岁； 4. 经吞咽造影证实有吞咽障碍，或功能性经口摄食量表（functional oral intake scale,FOIS）评分≤５分； 5. 愿意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Course of disease <= 3 months; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Dysphagia confirmed by swallowing angiography, or functional oral intake scale (FOIS) score <= 5 points; 5. Willing and signing the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 意识障碍或严重认知障碍； 2. 合并帕金森病等其他原因导致的吞咽障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disturbance of consciousness or severe cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with dysphagia caused by other causes such as Parkinson's disease.

常规吞咽功能康复训练，主要包括：颜面肌群训练、呼吸训练、口咽部冰刺激、气道保护训练、舌压抗阻反馈训练、 Shaker训练及声门上吞咽法等。
