研究目的：

本研究以人体生物力学平衡理论为依据，利用融合了中医经筋系统的针灸穴位理论和现代康复理疗技术的创新式六经针法通过调理膝骨关节炎患者紊乱失衡的功能肌群达到治疗、矫正膝骨关节病的目的。运用现代骨科医疗检查、影像学技术和经典、客观的骨关节炎评分系统分析评估，以期验证该针灸方法治疗膝骨关节炎的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the theory of human biomechanics balance, and uses the innovative six-meridian acupuncture method, which integrates the acupuncture point theory of the meridian system of traditional Chinese medicine and modern rehabilitation physiotherapy technology, to treat and correct knee osteoarthritis by regulating the disorder and imbalance of functional muscle groups of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Modern orthopedic medical examination, imaging technology and classic and objective osteoarthritis scoring system were used to analyze and evaluate, in order to verify the safety and effectiveness of this acupuncture method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合膝关节骨关节炎和膝内翻诊断标准者；
(2) 经过骨科专项体格检查和膝关节肌骨超声检查后明确膝关节前后交叉韧带、内外侧副韧带、髌韧带以及关节囊均完整、存在连续性者；
(3) 年龄35-85岁（包括35岁和85岁），男女不限；
(4) 能够正确认识本研究，且对研究人员的评估和操作具有良好的依从性；
(5) 自愿加入本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and genu varus; (2) After special physical examination of orthopedics and ultrasound examination of knee joint musculoskeletal, it is clear that the anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, internal and external collateral ligament, patellar ligament and joint capsule of the knee joint are complete and continuous; (3) Age 35-85 (including 35 and 85), male and female; (4) Be able to correctly understand the study and have good compliance with the evaluation and operation of researchers; (5) Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 既往膝关节受过严重外伤导致关节功能低下、活动范围严重受限或关节强直者。
(2) 由于膝关节肿瘤、结核、类风湿、血友病、痛风及其他疾病继发引起的膝骨关节炎者。
(3) 合并严重的心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病者。
(4) 神经源性不能良好感知关节运动或有精神病不能自主控制关节运动者。
(5) 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
(6) 不能坚持完成本研究方案或资料不全无法判定疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The knee joint has been seriously injured in the past, resulting in low joint function, severely limited range of motion or joint ankylosis. (2) Knee osteoarthritis secondary to knee joint tumor, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, gout and other diseases. (3) Those with severe diseases of heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. (4) Those with neurogenic inability to perceive joint movement well or with psychosis unable to control joint movement independently. (5) Pregnant or lactating women. (6) Those who cannot insist on completing the study protocol or whose data are incomplete and cannot determine the curative effect.

本研究采用完全随机方法，研究人员A利用 SPSS 软件制作随机列表，并根据列表填写随机分配卡，分配卡对应治疗 A 组、对照 C 组、阴性 S 组的治疗方案。研究人员B按序列编码将治疗方案放入牛皮信封中和预先打印好的评估量表放在一起。受试者入组时按就诊顺序依次拿取牛皮信封。交给由负责针灸治疗的医生C拆开信封并按治疗方案进行治疗。

盲法：

双盲随机对照。采用随机数排列三种不同处理，并按序号将处理方法封存于牛皮纸袋，由专人按顺序拿取交由针灸操作医师。

Blinding：

Double blind randomized controlled trial.
