研究目的：

观察朗读治疗法（ORLA)同步远程言语康复对卒中后失语症（PSA)患者疗效和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of ORLA on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with post-stroke aphasia (PSA)

纳入标准：

入选标准：①符合中华医学会全国第四届脑血管疾病会议制定的脑卒中诊断标准[11]，经头颅MRI或CT检查证实，且临床医生确诊为首次单一左半球缺血性脑卒中；②年龄18～70岁，均为右利手，脑卒中病程<6个月；③生命体征平稳，发病前无认知障碍，失语症筛查提示有失语症并伴有阅读障碍；④患者神志清醒，可配合完成评估和治疗；⑤受教育年限≥6年；⑥可独自或在家属指导下简单操作视频会议软件；⑦签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association [11], confirmed by head MRI or CT examination, and confirmed by clinicians as the first single left hemisphere ischemic stroke; ② Age: 18-70 years old, all right-handed, stroke duration<6 months; ③ The vital signs are stable, there is no cognitive impairment before the onset of the disease, and the aphasia screening indicates that there is aphasia and accompanied by dyslexia; ④ The patient is conscious and can cooperate to complete the assessment and treatment; ⑤ Years of education ≥ 6 years; ⑥ Can operate video conference software alone or under the guidance of family members; ⑦ Sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：①有精神疾病、认知功能障碍、癫痫病史，或行为异常不能配合检查和治疗；②视觉、听觉、触觉等功能异常；③发病前已有语言障碍或发病后完全性失语；④并发其他神经系统疾病，如帕金森病、运动神经元疾病、阿尔兹海默症等；⑤患者及其家属主动要求退出试验；⑥突发不良反应等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① having a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment, epilepsy, or abnormal behavior, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; ② Abnormal vision, hearing, touch and other functions; ③ Have language disorder before the onset or complete aphasia after the onset; ④ Complicated with other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc. ⑤ Patients and their families voluntarily request to withdraw from the test; ⑥ Sudden adverse reactions, etc.
