研究目的：

本研究通过研究慢阻肺患者应用益肺灸治疗后其血清、尿液、痰液、粪便代谢组变化、免疫细胞的变化，寻找作用的通路及其靶标，明确益肺灸治疗 COPD 的响应基因、应答蛋白以及蛋白质相互作用的生物信息传导途径，并阐述其作用机制，为益肺灸的临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we plan to investigate the changes in metabolomes of serum, urine, sputum, feces, and immune cells of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) after the treatment of Yifei Moxibustion (YFM), to searche for the pathways of action and targets, and clarify the bioinformatic pathways of response genes, response proteins, and protein-protein interactions, as well as elaborate the mechanism of its action, so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of YFM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合慢阻肺稳定期诊断的患者； ②年龄 40~80 岁； ③辨证为肺气虚证、肺脾气虚证或肺肾气虚证者； ④入选前 1 个月内未参加其他干预措施的临床研究； ⑤能够耐受益肺灸疗法； ⑥自愿接受治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients who meet the diagnosis of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ② Age 40~80 years old; ③Patients with lung qi deficiency, lung spleen qi deficiency, or lung kidney qi deficiency; ④Not participating in clinical studies of other interventions within 1 month prior to enrolment; ⑤Able to tolerate YFM therapy; ⑥Voluntary acceptance of the treatment and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①妊娠及哺乳期妇女； ②神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者； ③合并严重心功能不全、肝肾疾病； ④合并活动性肺结核、弥漫性泛细支气管炎、气胸、胸腔积液、肺栓塞、肿瘤； ⑤已知对灸粉药物组成过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Pregnant and lactating women; ② Patients with delirium, dementia, and various psychiatric disorders; ③ Combined severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney diseases; ④ Combined active tuberculosis, diffuse panfine bronchitis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism, tumour; ⑤Those who are known to be allergic to the drug composition of YFM.
