研究目的:

本研究的目的是通过与标准红外光谱对于临床结石样本的结果的对比分析,获得我们的基于拉曼光谱的结石分析设备进行结石成分分析的敏感度和特异度,判断该设备在临床应用中的可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

We adopted a new analytical method based on the 1064 nm Raman spectrum to discover calcul compositions and evaluated the value of the compact and automated analytical method using Raman spectroscopy for analyzing the urinary stone composition ex vivo.

纳入标准:

患有泌尿系结石疾病的患者手术后的结石标本。

Inclusion criteria

human urinary calculi from post-operative patients with urolithiasis.

排除标准:

结石的样本大小不足以用两种不同方式分别检测

Exclusion criteria:

calculi is not large enough to be examined twice by two different methods.
