研究目的：

通过探讨三阴交穴位刺激对脊髓损伤后尿潴留患者的膀胱功能影响，获得三阴交穴位刺激改善脊髓损伤后尿潴留的循证医学证据和规范化三阴交穴位刺激方案。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring the effects of Sanyinjiao acupoint stimulation on bladder function in patients with urinary retention after spinal cord injury, evidence-based medical evidence and a standardized Sanyinjiao acupoint stimulation protocol will be obtained for the improvement of urinary retention after spinal cord injury by Sanyinjiao acupoint stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①所有患者均符合SCI所致尿潴留的诊断标准；②生命体征平稳，无其他并发症者；③不完全SCI；④所有患者皆存在不同程度的尿潴留，其临床表现主要为膀胱胀满而排尿困难或者尿不尽，下腹胀满不适，通过B超检查，残余尿量>100 mL。

Inclusion criteria

①All patients met the diagnostic criteria for urinary retention caused by SCI; ② Those with stable vital signs and no other complications; ③ Incomplete SCI; ④ All patients had varying degrees of urinary retention, whose clinical manifestations were mainly bladder distension with difficulty in urination or incomplete urination, lower abdominal distension and discomfort, the residual urine volume was > 100 mL by B-ultrasound examination.

排除标准：

①属于SCI休克期者；②完全性SCI者；③尿道炎或膀胱炎严重者；④存在电针禁忌症者；⑤合并有严重心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器疾患者；⑥意识不清或有精神疾病及不配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those who belong to the SCI shock period; ②Complete SCI;③Patients with severe urethritis or cystitis; ④Those with contraindications to electroacupuncture; ⑤ Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; ⑥ Those who are unconscious or have mental illness and do not cooperate with treatment.

由课题负责单位给主要研究者、研究者、数据录入员、质量控制员建立随机系统，分别赋以不同的用户名和密码。质量控制员根据各自的用户名和密码登陆随机系统，在线申请随机号，按照1：1：1：1：1的比例将受试者随机分配到本试验的手针组、低频刺激组、高频刺激组和对照组。

The unit responsible for the project will set up a random system for the main researcher, researcher, data entry clerk and quality controller, and assign different user names and passwords respectively. The quality controller logged in to the randomization system according to their user names and passwords, applied for the randomization number online, and randomly assigned subjects to the hand acupuncture group, low frequency stimulation group, high frequency stimulation group and control group in a ratio of 1:1:1:1.

盲法：

因针灸干预无法实施盲法，但是在治疗时始终遵循盲法原则开展研究。①实行单间治疗，尽可能避免患者间的交流；②严格针刺操作规范，操作者为固定人员，以避免操作不一致造成的偏倚；③采用盲法评价，分别由不知研究方案的第三方进行疗效评价和随访观察。④资料总结阶段实施盲法统计分析，实行研究者、操作者、统计者分离原则。

Blinding：

The blind method cannot be implemented due to acupuncture intervention, but the blind method principle is always followed in the study of treatment. ①Implement single room treatment and avoid communication between patients as much as possible; ② Strict acupuncture operation specifications, the operator is a fixed person, in order to avoid bias caused by inconsistent operation; ③Blind evaluation was adopted, and the efficacy was evaluated and followed up by a third party who did not know the study protocol. ④ Blind statistical analysis is carried out in the data summary stage, and the principle of separation of researchers, operators and statisticians is implemented.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有受试者的信息都将真实、完整、准确、及时地记录在CFR中，在完成至少5份CRF后，通过临床监查员及时送交数据管理员，以便建立相应的数据库，所有数据将采用计算机软件编制数据录入程序进行双份录入。数据管理员保证将CFR表数据完整真实的录入计算机，并在录入过程中对受试者的个人信息严格保密。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The information of all subjects will be recorded in the CFR in a true, complete, accurate and timely manner. After completing at least 5 copies of CRF, the clinical monitor will send them to the data manager in a timely manner for the establishment of the corresponding database. All data will be entered in double copies by using computer software to compile data entry procedures. The data manager guarantees that the CFR table data will be entered into the computer completely and truthfully, and the subject's personal information will be kept strictly confidential during the entry process.
