本研究旨在阐明SARS-CoV-2病毒感染肺炎患者早期T淋巴细胞的变化，分析T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+比值与预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

the aim of this study was to elucidate the changes of T lymphocytes in patients with pneumonia with SARS-CoV-2 virus infection and to analyze the relationship between CD4CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio in the lymphocyte subsets and prognosis.
