研究目的：

唇裂术后需要佩戴6个月的鼻模，但在应用中却一直存在鼻模固位需借助外部辅料，以及配备专门的制备固位用辅料的器具等，为此使的患者不仅花费较大，而且还需要进行专门的培训，不利于推广。鼻夹对唇裂术后鼻塑形的成效果明显，为了进一步推广鼻夹的使用，需开展全面评价鼻夹的临床应用价值，完善制定规范鼻夹使用流程与技术要点，以及鼻夹与鼻模使用效果的对比研究等，科学准确的评价鼻夹的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

A nasal mold needs to be worn for 6 months after lip cleft surgery, but in the application, there has always been a nasal mold fixation need to use external accessories, as well as equipped with special equipment for preparation of retaining accessories, so that patients not only cost more, but also need to conduct special training, which is not conducive to promotion. In order to further promote the use of nose clips, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical application value of nose clips, improve the development of standardized procedures and technical points for the use of nose clips, as well as a comparative study on the use effect of nose clips and nose mold, so as to scientifically and accurately evaluate the clinical application value of nose clips.

纳入标准：

① 非综合征性唇腭裂患者； ② 诊断为单侧不完全/完全性唇腭裂； ③ 唇裂术后鼻畸形术后7天； ④ 患者法定监护人自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate ② Unilateral incomplete/complete cleft lip and palate ③ 7 days after lip cleft nasal deformity ④ The patient's legal guardian voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

① 伴有身体其他方面畸形或先天性疾病的患者；
