Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification under nuclear fragments on reducing corneal injury for treating dense cataract.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

2020.3-2020.9 诊断为老年性白内障病人，按照核的硬度分级IV-V级，年龄50-80岁

Inclusion criteria

From March 2020 to September 2020, the patients were diagnosed as senile cataract. According to the hardness of nucleus, they were graded as IV-V, aged 50-80 years old

排除标准：

排除全身性慢性疾病，如高血压、糖尿病、肾功能不全、贫血等，排除合并有葡萄膜炎、青光眼、眼底视网膜疾病史。排除有其它内眼手术史如青光眼术后、玻璃体视网术后病史，排除角膜内皮计数低于1200/mm2的病例以及不愿意及不能随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude systemic chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, renal insufficiency, anemia, etc., and exclude patients with uveitis, glaucoma, fundus retinal disease history. The patients with other history of intraocular surgery such as glaucoma, vitreoretinal surgery, corneal endothelial count less than 1200 / mm2 and those who were unwilling or unable to follow up were excluded.
