研究目的：

采用静息态脑电、事件相关电位、神经反馈等技术，结合专注冥想及思维游移两种认知背景设置，考查正念干预和神经反馈训练对神经振荡及相关脑功能环路的影响，系统阐述时距知觉与持续注意在干预前后的动态演变规律，为探寻优化防治策略提供理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Using rEEG, ERP, NF and other techniques, combined with focused meditation and mind-wandering these two cognitive background settings, to investigate the effects of mindfulness intervention and neurofeedback training on neural oscillations and related brain functional loops, and to systematically describe the dynamic evolution of time perception and sustained attention before and after the intervention, in order to provide theoretical references for the search of optimal prevention and treatment strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.右利手，中学毕业以上文化，可理解测验内容且自愿参与本研究并签署书面知情同意； 2.网络游戏成瘾组：网络游戏成瘾量表（IAT）≥50分，DSM-5分数≥5，游戏史(大于2年)，游戏时间（大于14小时/周） 健康对照组：网络游戏成瘾量表（IAT）＜50分，DSM-5分数＜5； 3.未患病理学或临床诊断的躯体或精神疾病（PHQ-9总分＜20分，GAD-7总分＜11分）； 4.年龄在18-45岁之间； 5.具有正常的视力或者矫正至正常视力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed, educated beyond secondary school graduation, can understand the content of the test and voluntarily participate in this study and sign the written informed consent; 2. Internet gaming disorder group:Online Game Addiction Scale score ≥ 50 ,DSM-5 score ≥ 5, game history (more than 2 years) and the game time (more than 14hours/week) Healthy control group:Online Game Addiction Scale< 50, DSM-5 score <5; 3. Not suffering from pathologically or clinically diagnosed physical or mental illness (PHQ-9 total score <20, GAD-7 total score <11); 4. Aged between 18-45 years old; 5. Have normal vision or corrected to normal vision.

排除标准：

1.有哮喘、接触性皮炎及对硅胶过敏者； 2.近3个月有服用类固醇药物者； 3.在过去一年或一生中超过20小时练习任何冥想练习或瑜伽、太极或气功，参加冥想或瑜伽静修，以及参加任何冥想课程； 4.不适合做脑电者（如有金属植入物及严重头颅外伤者）； 5.PHQ-9总分≥20分,GAD-7总分≥11分； 6.有其他成瘾（吸烟、酒精、赌博等）; 7.崇尚特定宗教信仰，从而导致无法配合课程需求进行冥想的； 8.当前正在参加类似试验或其他神经生理试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with asthma, contact dermatitis and allergy to silicone gel; 2. Those who have taken steroids in the past 3 months; 3. Practice any meditation practice or yoga, tai chi or qigong for more than 20 hours in the past year or lifetime, attend a meditation or yoga retreat, and attend any meditation course; 4. Not suitable for electroencephalography (such as metal implants and severe cranial injuries); 5. Total score of PHQ-9 ≥ 20; GAD-7 total score ≥ 11; 6. Have other addictions (smoking, alcohol, gambling) 7. Advocating specific religious beliefs, which makes it impossible to meditate according to the needs of the course; 8. Currently participating in similar or other neurophysiological trials.

盲法：

本次试验属于群体治疗，参与者都是在同一学校的学生，所以彼此之间可能是相互认识或者不认识的参与者之间也难免会谈论与自己接受的试验培训相关的内容。而且对研究人员的盲法也是非常具有挑战性的，因为在实验过程中很容易就会受到实验相关内容的渗透。故无法做到临床试验的双盲要求。

Blinding：

This trial is a group therapy in which the participants are all students at the same school, so it is inevitable that participants who may or may not have known each other would talk about content related to the experimental training they were receiving. Moreover, the blinding of the researchers is also very challenging, because it is easy to be infiltrated by experiment-related content during the experiment. Therefore, the double-blind requirement for clinical trials cannot be achieved.
