研究目的：

（1）了解四川地区 HIV-1 阳性患者CNS 相关症状的患病率 （2）了解四川地区HIV-1 阳性患者血脂异常的患病率 （3）了解四川地区患者治疗依从性的整体情况 （4）了解四川地区因血脂异常、CNS等不良反应转换治疗方案的患者比例及转换原因  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the prevalence of central nervous system symptoms among HIV-1-infected patients in Sichuan. (2) To explore the prevalence of dyslipidaemia among HIV-1-infected patients in Sichuan. (3) To assess levels of ART adherence among HIV-1-infected patients in Sichuan. (4) To explore the proportion of patients who have switched ART regimens due to dyslipidemia, CNS symptoms and other AE, and the rationale for switching.
