研究目的：

DC／TMD分类及诊断标准是一种基于症状问卷和临床检查的临床诊断工具，仅依靠病史和临床检查(口颌功能)作出初步判断，不依赖影像学检查或其他辅助检查，因此适合于广大口腔医师，特别是基层或诊所的口腔医师。遇到TMD患者时，可根据DC／TMD分类及诊断标准做出相对准确的分类诊断。本研究希望推出操作性强的TMD双轴诊断标准。  

Objectives of Study：

DC / TMD （Diagnostic Criteria for Tmeporomandibular Disorders: Assessment Instruments）is a kind of clinical diagnosis tool based on symptom questionnaire and clinical examination. It only depends on the medical history and clinical examination (oral and maxillofacial function) to make a preliminary judgment, and does not rely on imaging examination or other auxiliary examination. Therefore, it is suitable for the general dentists, especially the dentists at the basic level or clinic. When patients with TMD are encountered, they can make relatively accurate classification diagnosis according to DC / TMD. In this study, we hope to introduce a highly operational diagnostic standard of TMD.

纳入标准：

1. 2020年5月1日之后，武汉大学口腔医院颞下颌关节门诊收治的疑似颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者；
2. 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

After Jan 1st, 2020, patients suspected of TMD were admitted to the TMD clinic of School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University

排除标准：

1. 武汉大学口腔医院颞下颌关节门诊收治的颞下颌关节紊乱病的复诊患者；
2. 在我院或其他医院已行颞下颌关节CT、MRI、造影中一项或多项检查的患者；
3. 曾经接受过颞下颌关节手术的患者；
4. 武汉大学口腔医院颞下颌关节门诊收治的涎腺疾病、三叉神经痛、骨折等非疑似颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者；
5. 患者本人因神志不清、智力缺陷等主观或客观原因无法以任何方式配合填写问卷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with salivary gland disease, trigeminal neuralgia, fracture and other non suspected disorders of TMJ were admitted to the TMJ clinic of School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University.
2. Patients who are unable to cooperate in filling in the questionnaire in any way due to subjective or objective reasons such as unconsciousness and mental deficiency.
