研究目的：

在生物反馈治疗的基础上，对比采用生物反馈与电刺激结合的方式对重度松弛型便秘患者LVMR术后的疗效，提高重度松弛型便秘患者LVMR术后的治疗有效率和满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of using a combination of biofeedback and electrical stimulation for post-LVMR in patients with severe flaccid constipation, and to improve the therapeutic efficacy and satisfaction of post-LVMR in patients with severe flaccid constipation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合罗马Ⅳ功能性便秘的标准，经排粪造影、结肠传输试验确定为盆底松弛型便秘患者； 2）年龄18-65岁； 3）接受过LVMR手术后的重度松弛型便秘患者； 4）意识清醒、配合度高、能理解并准确填写问卷并可配合随访

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the criteria for Rome IV functional constipation, determined by fecography and colonic transport test to be pelvic floor relaxation type constipation patients; 2) Age 18-65 years old; 3) Patients with severe flaccid constipation after having undergone LVMR surgery; (4) Conscious, cooperative, able to understand and accurately fill in the questionnaire, and able to cooperate with the follow-up visit.

排除标准：

消化道器质性疾病或其他累及消化道的系统性疾病，如神经肌肉的病变、内分泌及代谢性疾病等；妊娠或哺乳期女性；合并生殖、泌尿、消化系统感染；近1个月内使用其他药物治疗本病者；体内植入金属或电子装置

Exclusion criteria：

Organic diseases of the digestive tract or other systemic diseases involving the digestive tract, such as neuromuscular lesions, endocrine and metabolic diseases, etc.; Pregnant or lactating women; Combined reproductive, urinary and digestive infections; Use of other drugs to treat the disease within the last month; Implanted metal or electronic devices in the body.
