研究目的：

特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis，AD）是一种慢性、难治性疾病，长期控制效果不佳，控制其高复发率是目前的治疗重点和难点。本课题在前期研究的基础上，通过前瞻性、随机对照临床研究，对龙牡膏方改善 AD 复发、减轻瘙痒、提高生活质量进行评价，分析其有效性、安全性及可行性，最终建立一种降低 AD复发率的中医药特色治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic and intractable disease with poor long-term control, and controlling its high recurrence rate is the current focus and difficulty of treatment. On the basis of the previous research, this study evaluates the effectiveness, safety and feasibility of Longmu Cream Formula in improving the recurrence of AD, reducing itching and improving the quality of life through prospective, randomized controlled clinical studies, and finally establishes a characteristic treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the recurrence rate of AD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合 AD 中、西医诊断标准及证候标准； (2)病情程度为轻中度患者； (3)年龄在 6-12 岁； (4)患者或患者监护人签署知情同意书且依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria and evidence criteria of AD; (2) The degree of disease is mild to moderate patients; (3) Aged 6-12 years old; (4) Patients or their guardians signed the informed consent and had good compliance.

排除标准：

(1)一周内曾接受过 AD 相关外用、口服或系统治疗，如外用钙调磷酸酶抑制； (2)肝肾功能异常（ALT、AST 大于 1.5 倍，BUN、Cr 大于 1 倍）或患有其 他严重疾病者； (3)合并其他影响疾病严重程度判断的皮肤病者； (4)已知对试验药物（龙牡膏方中的药物）有过敏史； (5)同时参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have received AD-related topical, oral, or systemic therapy, such as topical calcineurin inhibition, within one week; (2) Abnormal liver or kidney function (ALT, AST greater than 1.5 times, BUN, Cr greater than 1 times) or suffering from other other serious diseases; (3) Combination of other dermatological diseases that affect the judgement of the severity of the disease; (4) Known history of allergy to the test drugs (drugs in Longmu Cream Formula); (5) Patients who are also participating in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究所采集的数据和临床资料数据使用病例记录表记录，采用Epidate软件进行双录入。录入结束后， 对两次录入的数据库通过软件进行双份数据的核对和逻辑一致性校验。
