Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the adequacy of EUS-FNA with 40 for the histological diagnosis of pancreatic lesions by using 22-gauge needles.

纳入标准：

18-80周岁
胰腺实体占位行EUS-FNB穿刺者
签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years;
2. All patients with pancreatic tumors on computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging requiring cytohistological evidence by EUS-guided sampling;
3. Written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺疾病，严重肾功能不全
2.凝血功能异常，或口服抗血小板、抗凝药物未停药者
3.孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart and lung diseases, severe renal insufficiency;
2. Coagulopathy (platelet count <50,000/mm3,INR >1.5); oral anticoagulation agents such as aspirin or warfarin in the previous week;
3. pregnant women
