研究目的：

1.研究溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群结构的不同与抗菌肽表达的改变； 2.探讨溃疡性结肠炎肠道稳态与抗菌肽之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the difference of intestinal flora structure and the change of antimicrobial peptide expression in patients with ulcerative colitis; 2. To investigate the relationship between intestinal homeostasis and antimicrobial peptides in ulcerative colitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)溃疡性结肠炎组：①通过明确症状、结肠镜检查和组织病理学确诊为溃疡性结肠炎；②≥18岁且≤70岁；
(2)腹泻型肠易激综合征组：①根据ROME-Ⅲ标准确诊的IBS患者；②以腹泻为主要表现的患者；③≥18岁且≤70岁；
(3)健康对照组：①体检无肠道疾病或仅肠道息肉者；
患者自愿参加本次研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ulcerative colitis group: ① through clear symptoms, colonoscopy and histopathology confirmed as ulcerative colitis; ②≥18 years old and ≤70 years old;
(2) Diarrheal IBS group: ① patients diagnosed with IBS according to the ROME-Ⅲ criteria; ② Patients with diarrhea as the main manifestation; ③≥18 years old and ≤70 years old;
(3) Healthy control group: ① No intestinal diseases or only intestinal polyps;
The patients participated in the study voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)当前使用益生菌或抗生素；(2)患有其他结肠炎症性疾病；（3）IBS组患者有CRP或WBC升高；(4)IBS组患者过去6个月有细菌过度生长或感染性胃肠道疾病史等；(5)合并严重心肺、肝肾疾病等可能影响本研究结果的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Current use of probiotics or antibiotics; (2) other inflammatory diseases of the colon; (3) Increased CRP or WBC in IBS group; (4) Patients in the IBS group had a history of bacterial overgrowth or infectious gastrointestinal disease in the past 6 months; (5) Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases that may affect the results of this study.
