研究目的：

自疫情的爆发至今，临床治疗上一直处于对症治疗阶段，导致有基础疾病的人群在此次疫情中受到很大影响，其健康面临严峻挑战，因此玉屏灵鹿方结合西医常规治疗，将传统医学和现代医学相结合，达到改善患者的症状、减缓病程，降低再入院率等目的，并提高其生存质量。充分发挥中医优势，为抵抗反复爆发的疫情做好准备。  

Objectives of Study：

Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, clinical treatment has been in the stage of symptomatic treatment, lead to people with basic diseases suffering in this epidemic and facing serious challenges to their health.So Yupinglinglu with conventional western medicine treatment, combining the traditional medicine and modern medicine, to improve the patient's symptoms, slow progression, reduce readmission rate and improve the survival quality.The advantages of Chinese medicine are given full play to prepare for the resistance to repeated outbreaks.

纳入标准：

西医诊断标准： 新型冠状病毒感染诊断标准参照国家卫生健康委、国家中医药局《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（试行第十版）》。 1.具有新冠病毒感染的相关临床表现； 2.具有以下一种或以上病原学、血清学检查结果： （1）新冠病毒核酸检测阳性； （2）新冠病毒抗原检测阳性； （3）新冠病毒分离、培养阳性； （4）恢复期新冠病毒特异性IgG抗体水平为急性期4倍或以上升高。 中医诊断标准： 参照《中医内科常见病诊疗指南》临床应用评价研究及相关文献，气阴两虚证诊断标准： (1)主要症候:心悸不宁，胸闷憋气，心前区不适或疼痛，气短，乏力。 (2)次要症状:头晕，多汗，口干少饮，舌质淡，尖红，苔少或剥脱；脉细数、无力或结代等。 (3)发病前有病毒感染史。 具备2个主症，或1个主症2个次症，结合病史即可诊断。 纳入标准： （1）符合的西医诊断标准； （2）符合中医证候（气阴两虚）诊断标准； （3）性别不限，年龄介于18-60岁之间； （4）自愿签署知情同意书者。 凡同时符合以上4条标准者，即可纳入研究对象，作为入选病例。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine: The diagnostic criteria for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) refer to issued by the National Health Commission and the People's Republic of China and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 1.Clinical manifestations related to coronavirus disease 2019. 2.Have one or more of the following etiological and serological examination results: (1)Positive for coronavirus nucleic acid test. (2)Positive coronavirus antigen test. (3)Positive isolation and culture of the new coronavirus. (4)Convalescent levels of new coronavirus-specific IgG antibodies are 4 times or more higher than those in the acute phase. Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: According to the clinical application evaluation research of "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine " and relevant literature, the diagnostic criteria for qi and yin deficiency. (1)Main symptoms: heart palpitations, chest tightness of breath, discomfort or pain in the precordial area, shortness of breath, fatigue. (2)Secondary symptoms: dizziness, sweating, dry mouth and drink less, pale tongue, sharp red, less fur or peeling off; Pulse fineness, weakness or nodule generation, etc. (3)History of viral infection before onset. With 2 main symptoms, or 1 main symptom and 2 secondary symptoms, it can be diagnosed in combination with the medical history. Inclusion Criteria: (1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine. (2)Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome (qi and Yin deficiency syndrome). (3)Genders are not limited, and the age is between 18-60 years old. (4)Signed informed consent will be voluntarily. All conform to the standards in article 4, at the same time can be incorporated into the research object, as the case.

排除标准：

（1）患有冠心病、感染性心内膜炎及心脏瓣膜病者；合并严重肾功能不全、血液系统损害、精神疾病、恶性肿瘤、感染、痛风、糖尿病、甲亢、支气管哮喘及严重呼吸系统疾病等； （2）存在自身免疫性疾病和免疫缺陷者； （3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （4）患者因有其他疾病而正在服用的药物影响试验药物观察者； （5）对试验药物可疑或明确过敏； （6）近2个月内参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with coronary heart disease, infective endocarditis and heart valve disease;With severe renal insufficiency, blood system damage, mental disease, malignant tumors, infections, diabetes, gout, hyperthyroidism, bronchial asthma and severe respiratory system diseases, etc. (2)Patients with autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency. (3)Pregnant or lactating women. (4)Patients with other diseases and taking drugs affect the test. (5)The test drug suspect or clear allergy. (6)Nearly 2 months to other researchers.
