本研究旨在明确益生菌对早产儿转归的影响，分析益生菌对肠道代谢产物及血清炎症因子的作用，探索益生菌对早产儿肠道微生态的“保护”机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of probiotics on the outcome of premature infants, to analyze the effects of probiotics on intestinal metabolites and serum inflammatory factors, and to explore the "protective" mechanism of probiotics on intestinal microecology of premature infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

出生胎龄＜32周且出生体重＜1500g、生后24小时内入院、围产期资料完整

Inclusion criteria

Gestational age at birth <32 weeks and birth weight <1500 g, admission to hospital within 24 hours of birth, complete perinatal documentation

排除标准：

严重感染性疾病、染色体异常、先天性消化道畸形、其他脏器严重畸形以及合并遗传代谢性疾病。3）剔除标准：多脏器功能衰竭、死亡以及研究过程中自动出院

Exclusion criteria：

Severe infectious diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, congenital malformations of the gastrointestinal tract, severe malformations of other organs, and comorbid inherited metabolic disorders.
