研究目的：

本研究拟立足于当前糖尿病肾病进行性发展，迁延难愈，并发症较多，治疗疗效欠佳等临床难题，我团队在结合前期研究基础上，拟采用动物实验、病理组织检测与临床研究相结合，多层次、多角度深入解析焦亡机制在糖尿病肾病发病机制中的作用，为该病治疗提供新的治疗方向；通过深入研究芎蛭通络胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制，为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新的有效药物选择；同时也为阐述中医络病理论指导糖尿病肾病治疗的科学内涵提供了数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is intended to be based on the current clinical problems such as the progressive development of diabetes nephropathy, which is difficult to cure, many complications, and poor therapeutic effect. On the basis of previous research, our team plans to combine animal experiments, pathological tissue detection and clinical research to deeply analyze the role of focal death mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy at multiple levels and angles, and provide a new treatment direction for the treatment of the disease; Through in-depth study of the mechanism of Xiongzhi Tongluo capsule in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy, we can provide a new effective drug choice for the treatment of diabetes nephropathy; At the same time, it also provides data support for explaining the scientific connotation of TCM collateral disease theory guiding the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

水蛭，全蝎，川芎、赤芍、桃仁、当归、泽兰，益母草、赤小豆 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Leech, Scorpion, Chuanxiong, Red Peony, Peach Kernel, Angelica Sinensis, Zelan, Motherwort, Red Bean 

纳入标准：

1) 2型糖尿病患者； 2)年龄 40-85周岁，性别不限； 3)估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）＞ 15 毫升/分钟/1.73 米 2（CKD-EPI 公式）；和或24小时尿蛋白定量＞0.5g 或肾病理示糖尿病肾病患者； 4)能够理解本临床研究的程序和方法，正确表达意愿，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Type 2 diabetes patients; 2) Age range from 40 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; 3) Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)>15 ml/min/1.73 m2 (CKD-EPI formula); And or 24 hour urine protein quantity>0.5g or kidney disease symptoms in patients with diabetes and kidney disease; 4) Able to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, correctly express willingness, voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)非 T2DM 患者; 2)T2DM 患者伴已知恶性肿瘤,或乳酸酸中毒,或酮症酸中毒,或重度感染,或危重症患者(脏器衰竭、心力衰竭、心肌梗死,脑梗死等重症患者); 3)有原发甲状腺疾病史及甲状腺自身免疫病史;

Exclusion criteria：

1) Non T2DM patients; 2) T2DM patients with known malignant tumors, or lactic acidosis, or ketoacidosis, or severe infections, or critically ill patients (such as organ failure, heart failure, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, etc.); 3) Have a history of primary thyroid disease and thyroid autoimmune disease.
