研究目的：

本研究拟通过rTMS 的新刺激模式——TBS刺激技术对精神分裂症患者额叶中线皮层脑区进行精准干预，观察其对于认知控制功能障碍及整体认知障碍的改善作用，同时收集执行认知控制功能时的脑电信号，通过对于事件相关电位（ERP, event-related potential）、事件相关震荡（ERO, event-related oscillation）的分析，得到认知控制网络（CCN, cognitive control network）内脑区活动及脑区间功能连接的改变，试图揭示精神分裂症认知控制功能障碍的机制及TBS干预作用的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study TBS stimulation technique a new stimulation mode of rTMS was used to accurately intervene the brain area of frontal midline cortex in patients with schizophrenia to observe its effect on cognitive control dysfunction and overall cognitive impairment and to collect EEG signals during cognitive control function through the analysis of event-related potential ERPevent-relatedpotential and event-related concussion EROevent-relatedoscillation The changes of brain activity and functional connections of brain regions in cognitive control network CCNcognitivecontrolnetwork were obtained in an attempt to reveal the mechanism of cognitive control dysfunction in schizophrenia and the mechanism of TBS intervention

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-60岁，性别不限，右利手； （2）根据ICD-10诊断为精神分裂症； （3）病程小于5年； （4）具有小学及以上文化水平，能配合测试； （5）PANSS量表评分P1、P6、P7均≤4分，总分≤70分，抗精神病药物治疗剂量稳定； （6）受试者自愿参加研究并己签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 18-60 years old gender unlimited right-handed 2 schizophrenia diagnosed according to ICD-10 3 course of disease less than 5 years 4 primary school education and above able to cooperate with the test 5 PANSS scale score P1 P6 P7 4 total score 70 antipsychotic treatment dose stable 6 subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）合并其他精神障碍； （2）合并其他全身系统性疾病及脑部器质性病变所致精神病性状态； （3）既往有头颅疾病、脑部损伤、癫痫发作以及其他神经系统疾病史； （4）严重的心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统等全身性疾病史； （5）有酒精、吗啡类药物滥用史； （6）体内有金属植入物如假牙、动脉夹、起搏器或金属固定物等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 complicated with other mental disorders 2 complicated with psychosis caused by other systemic diseases and organic brain diseases 3 previous history of head diseases brain injuries seizures and other nervous system diseases 4 severe history of systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system respiratory system and immune system 5 history of alcohol and morphine abuse 6 there are metal implants in the body such as dentures arterial clips pacemakers or metal fixtures etc
