研究目的：

比较L4水平实施筋膜外或筋膜下的AQLB，测量阻滞范围与平面以及下肢肌力  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of the transmuscular quadratus lumborum block via subfascial approach in L4 level with extrafascial approach.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

男性，年龄18~65周岁，体重指数18~25 kg/m2，ASA分级I~II级，适宜行单侧腰方肌阻滞的腹部手术，能完全理解研究内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Males, aged 18-65 years, body mass index 18-25 kg/m^2, ASA classification I-II, undergoing the abdominal surgery and can benefit from unilateral QLB, can fully understand the research content, have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

局麻药过敏，凝血功能异常，皮肤感觉丧失，行下肢手术，与医务人员沟通困难，穿刺部位附近感染，解剖异常，躯干和臀部手术史以及QLB禁忌证，慢性疼痛或者接受慢性疼痛治疗，神经功能缺失障碍和精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

local anesthetic allergy, abnormal coagulation function, loss of skin sensation, undergoing lower limb surgery, difficulty in communicating with medical staff, infection near puncture site, abnormal anatomy, history of trunk and hip surgery, contraindication of quadratus lumborum block, chronic pain or receiving chronic pain treatment, neurological dysfunction and mental illness history.

腰方肌阻滞在左侧还是右侧取决于手术类型，所以按照左侧和右侧进行分层，通过电脑产生的随机数在分层因素下对两组进行随机分配。

Whether the quadratus lumborum block is on the left or right side depends on the type of surgery, so the left and right sides are stratified, and the two groups are randomly assigned under stratification factors by computer-generated random numbers.
