探究无创呼吸机和高流量鼻导管吸氧相比在肥胖患者无痛内镜中低氧血症发生率的差异  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the difference in the incidence of hypoxemia during gastrointestinal endoscopy with sedation in obese patients compared with BiPAP ventilation and high-flow nasal cannula.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.拟行无痛胃肠镜择期手术的患者 2.年龄18-65岁 3.BMI>28kg/m2 4.ASA分级II、III级患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal endoscopy with sedation
2.Age 18-65 years
3.BMI > 28 kg/m2
4.ASA grade II and III

排除标准:

1.急诊内镜手术
2.严重COPD患者
3.术前血流动力学不稳定的患者
4.有反流误吸风险的患者
5.孕妇

Exclusion criteria:

1.Emergency endoscopic surgery
2.Patients with severe COPD
3.Patients with hemodynamic instability before surgery
4.Patients at risk of aspiration
5.Pregnant women
