研究目的：

本研究通过分析年龄45岁-55岁围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者行子宫肌瘤挖出术后残留和复发的情况，探讨围绝经女性人群行子宫肌瘤挖出术，保留子宫的可行性，改善围绝经期女性身心健康。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyzes the residual and recurrent status of uterine fibroids in patients aged 45-55 who underwent uterine fibroid removal surgery during the perimenopausal period, and explores the feasibility of performing uterine fibroid removal surgery in the perimenopausal female population to preserve the uterus and improve the physical and mental health of perimenopausal women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在45-55年龄区间子宫肌瘤患者； 2、宫腔镜排除子宫内膜病变； 3、 宫颈筛查排除宫颈病变； 4、术后病理证实为子宫平滑肌瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with uterine fibroids in the age range of 45 to 55; 2. Hysteroscopy excludes endometrial lesions; 3. Cervical screening excludes cervical lesions; 4. Postoperative pathology confirmed uterine leiomyoma.

排除标准：

1.因其他疾病切除子宫患者； 2.患有精神疾病、认知障碍患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have had their uterus removed due to other diseases; 2.Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment;
