研究目的：

观察环泊酚在结肠镜麻醉诱导过程中对超重或肥胖患者的安全性，以及探讨总体重（TBW）、理想体重（IBW）、瘦体重（LBW）与环泊酚诱导剂量的相关性 。  

Objectives of Study：

Observing the safety of ciprofol during colonoscopy anesthesia induction in overweight or obese patients, and exploring the correlation between total body weight (TBW), ideal body weight (IBW), lean body weight (LBW), and propofol induction dose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁，性别不限； ②ASA分级为I级或II级； ③BMI 18.5-35kg/m2； ④无严重的心肺疾病； ⑤无环泊酚过敏史及豆类品的过敏史； ⑥清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，并由其本人或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; ② ASA is classified as Level I or Level II; ③ BMI 18.5-35kg/m2; ④ No serious cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; ⑤ No history of allergic reactions to cyclic phenols or legumes; ⑥ Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and have the individual or their family sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①拒绝或不配合麻醉及镇静的患者（如既往有精神病史者）； ②合并严重心律失常或心肺疾病； ③过去6个月内有心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛病史； ④有呼吸系统疾病或脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2) <95%，不吸氧； ⑤妊娠或哺乳期的女性； ⑥已知对鸡蛋、豆制品、阿片类药物及其解救药、丙泊酚等过敏者； ⑦3个月内作为受试者参加过其他药物临床试验； ⑧研究者认为不宜参加此试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who refuse or do not cooperate with anesthesia and sedation (such as those with a history of mental illness); ② Concomitant severe arrhythmia or cardiovascular disease; ③ Have a history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina within the past 6 months; ④ Respiratory system diseases or pulse oximetry (SpO2)<95%, no oxygen intake; ⑤ Pregnant or lactating women; ⑥ Known to be allergic to eggs, soy products, opioid drugs and their antidotes, propofol, and other substances; ⑦ Participated in other drug clinical trials as a subject within 3 months; ⑧ The researchers believe that patients should not participate in this trial.
