评估使用3D打印模型辅助钢板预塑形治疗髋臼骨折的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical effect of using 3D printing models to assist in steel plate pre-shaping for treatment of acetabular fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 受累骨盆有外伤史 (2) 经X线及CT检查证实髋臼骨折 (3) 髋臼顶移位>2mm的骨折 (4) 髓关节脱位闭合复位后骨块嵌入髋臼内 (5) 骨折占整个后壁>50%的后壁骨折以及后柱骨折导致关节不稳者 (6) 预防骨不连和为后期重建手术保留足够的骨质 (7) 非手术牵引治疗无法发挥其作用，常需同时行内固定的 (8) 年龄18～65岁 (9) 受伤1～14天内

Inclusion criteria

(1) There is a history of trauma to the affected pelvis
(2) Confirmed acetabular fracture through X-ray and CT examination
(3) Fractures with acetabular displacement>2mm
(4) After closed reduction of dislocation of the medullary joint, the bone block is embedded into the acetabulum
(5) Posterior wall fractures that account for more than 50% of the entire posterior wall, as well as posterior column fractures leading to joint instability
(6) Prevent bone non union and preserve sufficient bone for later reconstruction surgery
(7) Non surgical traction therapy cannot play its role and often requires simultaneous internal fixation
(8) Age range from 18 to 65 years old
(9) Within 1-14 days of injury

排除标准：

(1)陈旧性、病理性骨折
(2)开放性骨折
(3)合并症，如心、肺、肝、肾脏或其他器官功能障碍或全身性营养不良导致无法忍受手术
(4) 多发性或同侧股骨颈或股骨干骨折的髋臼骨折
(5)不同意参加临床研究的患者
(6)双侧髋臼骨折患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Old and pathological fractures
(2) Open fracture
(3) Complications, such as dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or other organs or systemic malnutrition leading to unbearable surgery
(4) Acetabular fractures with multiple or ipsilateral femoral neck or femoral shaft fractures
(5) Patients who do not agree to participate in clinical research
(6) Patients with bilateral acetabular fractures
