研究目的：

比较五达颗粒配方颗粒、院制剂以及饮片汤剂对原发性肝癌术后肠麻痹的临床疗效和安全性；让五达颗粒在成为中药新药前可以以中药配方颗粒的方式应用于其他医疗机构，服务更多的患者.  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuda formula granule, Wuda granule and decoction in the treatment of postoperative ileus after resection of primary liver cancer; and Wuda granule can be applied to other medical institutions in the form of formula granule to serve more patients before becoming a new Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18岁-70岁； 2）乙型或丙型病毒性肝炎病史； 3）术前经超声、CT、MR、DSA等两种或两种以上的影像学检查临床确诊为原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）；且按照NHFPC发布的中国原发性肝癌诊疗规范中分期为Ia、Ib、IIa期的病例； 4）肝功能Child-pugh A级； 5）接受腹腔镜肝脏手术且术中出血量未超过400ml的病例，且手术中肝门阻断方式为pringle法； 6）既往无腹部手术史； 7）术前胃肠电图提示胃肠道电活动正常； 8）手术治疗前未经TACE、PVE或放射性治疗； 9）手术前未使用过分子靶向、化疗及免疫治疗； 10）排除除肝脏外等全身重要系统及脏器功能障碍的病例。

Inclusion criteria

1) age18-70 years old; 2) history of viral hepatitis B or C; 3) preoperative ultrasound, CT, MR, DSA and other two or more imaging examinations were clinically diagnosed as primary liver cancer with stage Ia, Ib and IIa; 4) Child-pugh A; 5) patient underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy and intraoperative blood loss not exceeding 400 ml; 6) no history of abdominal surgery; 7) electrogastrogram before operation showed that the electrical activity of gastrointestinal tract was normal; 8) without Tace, PVE or radiotherapy before surgery; 9) no molecular targeting, chemotherapy and immunotherapy were used before surgery; 10) cases with dysfunction of important systems and organs of the whole body except liver were excluded.

排除标准：

1）年龄小于18岁，大于70岁 2）术后石蜡病理考虑为原发性肝内胆管细胞癌（ICC）或混合型癌（HCC-ICC）； 3）按照NHFPC发布的中国原发性肝癌诊疗规范中分期为IIb期以上的病例； 4）HCC合并肿瘤破裂出血的病例； 5）开放手术病例，或在腹腔镜手术中出血超过400ml，或术中需输用血制品的病例； 6）家族遗传病史，或合并有免疫性疾病的病例； 7）术后合并严重胃肠功能障碍需要采取胃肠减压、灌肠等干预措施的病例； 8）不能够配合服用试验药物的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1) age younger than 18 and older than 70 2 ) patients were diagnosed as primary intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) or mixed type carcinoma (HCC-ICC); 3) cases with stage IIb or above according to the diagnosis and treatment standard of primary liver cancer issued by NHFPC; 4) cases of HCC with tumor rupture and hemorrhage; 5) open surgery cases, or cases with bleeding more than 400 ml during laparoscopic surgery, or cases requiring transfusion of blood products during surgery; 6) Family genetic history, or cases with immune diseases; 7) cases with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation, which need to take gastrointestinal decompression, enema and other interventions; 8) Cases unable to comply with the administration of the investigational drug.

采用分层区组随机方法随机分配到五达颗粒配方颗粒组，五达颗粒制剂颗粒组，五达颗粒饮片汤剂组。通过SAS proc程序产生随机序列，研究者通过中央随机分配管理系统获取受试者干预措施，以实现分配隐藏。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

To choose a stratified block random method to randomly distribute into Wuda formula group, Wuda granule group and Wuda granule decoction group. Random sequences were generated by the SASproc program, and the investigator obtained the subject interventions through the central random assignment management system to achieve assignment concealment.
