研究目的：

通过随机对照研究明确围分娩期使用碘伏消毒阴道和外阴能否降低产时发热率，以及含碘消毒剂是否影响孕妇及新生儿甲状腺功能，从而为改善临床工作提供建议。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose is to determine whether iodine preparation of vagina and vulva reduces intrapartum fever. The secondary objective is to determine the maternal and neonatal thyroid function after repeated exposure to topical iodine during childbirth.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）拟行阴道分娩；（2）年龄≥18岁；（3）足月、单胎、头位；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) intended vaginal delivery; (2) age ≥18 years old; (3) term pregnancy, single fetus, cephalic presentation.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）甲状腺疾病病史；（2）6个月内服用过影响甲状腺功能的药物；（3）6个月内使用过含碘造影剂；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of thyroid disease; (2) used drugs that affect thyroid function within 6 months; (3) used iodine-containing contrast within 6 months.
