研究目的：

冥想作为一种非药物疗法在癌症患者症状管理和康复中具有独特优势和良好的临床转化前景。本项目将在深度挖掘古籍文献并结合开展循证医学研究的基础上，研发针对各类癌症患者的中医现代冥想系列专辑；并结合虚拟现实技术等打造中医非药物示范疗法，并推广应用于癌症患者的症状管理及康复，形成疗效明确、机理清晰、特色鲜明的癌症患者身心康复的“天津方案”，充分发挥中医药的辐射引领作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Meditation, as a non-drug therapy, has a unique advantage in symptom management and rehabilitation of cancer patients and a good prospect of clinical transformation. This project will develop a series of TCM modern meditation albums for various cancer patients on the basis of in-depth excavation of ancient books and literature combined with evidence-based medical research; In addition, virtual reality technology is combined to create traditional Chinese medicine non-drug demonstration therapy, and promote its application in the symptom management and rehabilitation of cancer patients, forming the "Tianjin Program" of physical and mental rehabilitation of cancer patients with clear curative effect, clear mechanism and distinctive characteristics, and giving full play to the radiation leading role of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①具有非肿瘤急症引起的疼痛及相关不良症状的癌症患者； ②年龄≥18岁，确诊为癌症中晚期，在服用阿片类药物； ③意识清楚，能准确表达疼痛及相关不良症状的程度。

Inclusion criteria

① Cancer patients with pain and related adverse symptoms caused by non-tumor emergencies ② Age ≥18 years old, diagnosed with advanced cancer, taking opioids ③ Clear consciousness, can accurately express the degree of pain and related adverse symptoms

排除标准：

①脑原发性病变，既往精神疾病或认知障碍； ②原发性肢体运动障碍； ③存在视觉、听觉障碍； ④存在原发肝癌、乙型肝炎等肝脏原发疾病已致肝脏功能损伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Primary brain disease, past mental illness or cognitive impairment ② primary limb movement disorder ③ there are visual and hearing impairments ④ There are patients with primary liver cancer, hepatitis B and other primary liver diseases that have caused liver function impairment.
