研究目的：

1.评估老年患者使用环泊酚进行全身麻醉成功率、麻醉诱导成功所需时间，麻醉苏醒所需的时间； 2.评估老年患者使用环泊酚时血流动力学变化特点； 3.评估老年患者使用环泊酚全身麻醉的安全性和不良反应发生率，并与丙泊酚对比； 4.评估环泊对老年患者认知功能的影响； 5.评估环泊酚对老年患者肾功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluate the success rate of general anesthesia using cyclophenol in elderly patients, the time required for successful anesthesia induction, and the time required for anesthesia recovery; 2. Evaluate the characteristics of hemodynamic changes in elderly patients when using cyclophenol; 3. Evaluate the safety and incidence of adverse reactions of general anesthesia with propofol in elderly patients, and compare it with propofol; 4. Evaluate the impact of environmental parking on cognitive function in elderly patients; 5. Evaluate the effect of cyclophenol on renal function in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.老年患者，年龄65～80 岁； 2.ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；BMI 18～25 kg/m2； 3.术前简易精神状态检查量表评（MMSE）分>24分。

Inclusion criteria

1.Elderly patients, aged 65-80 years old; 2.ASA grading I to II; BMI 18-25 kg/m2; 3.Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score>24.

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的心、肺、脑等重要脏器功能不全； 2.未接受正规降压治疗或血压控制不佳[SBP>=160mmHg或<=90 mmHg，和(或)DBP>=100mmHg]; 3.阿片类药物、丙泊酚等药物及其组份过敏或有禁忌； 4.近期有镇静、镇痛药等药物用药史； 5.既往有谵妄、痴呆、抑郁症、焦虑症及其他精神疾病史； 6.患者有酒精、药物、毒物成瘾史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, and brain in combination; 2. Failure to receive formal antihypertensive treatment or poor blood pressure control [SBP>=160mmHg or<=90mmHg, and/or DBP>=100mmHg]; 3. Opioids, propofol, and other drugs and their components are allergic or contraindicated; 4. Recent history of using sedatives, analgesics, and other medications; 5. Previous history of delirium, dementia, depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses; 6. The patient has a history of addiction to alcohol, drugs, and toxins.
