研究目的：

（1）评价“超声定位下经筋推拿结合选择性颈神经根注射”对神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。（2）通过红外热像技术获得“颈神经根出口及颈神经皮神经节段性分布区皮肤平均温度”指标以评价临床疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the clinical efficacy of " ultrasound localized meridian-sinew tuina combined with selective cervical nerve root injections" in patients with radiculopathy. (2) The average temperature of the skin at the exit of the cervical nerve root and the segmental distribution area of the cervical neurocutaneous nerve was obtained by infrared thermography to evaluate the difference in clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合神经根型颈椎病诊断的患者； (2)受试者年龄在 25～60岁之间； (3)自愿参加本研究且接受随访，并签署知情同意书者； (4)未参与其他临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; (2)Age range from 25 to 60 years old; (3)Voluntarily participating in this study and accepting follow-up, and signing an informed consent form; (4) Not participating in other clinical trials.

排除标准：

(1)合并严重的心脑肝肺肾功能障碍； (2)出凝血功能异常； (3)治疗局部有皮损或感染； (4)对神经阻滞过程中应用的药物过敏或不能耐受推拿手法治疗者； (5)合并严重骨性椎管狭窄窄、脊髓病变及其他类型颈椎病患者； (6)曾行颈椎开放手术或伴有精神障碍、药物滥用； (7)拒绝参加本研究实验或中途主动退出、失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined severe cardio-cerebral, hepatic, pulmonary and renal dysfunction; (2) Abnormalities in blood clotting function; (3) Skin lesions or infections at the treatment site; (4) Allergy to drugs applied during nerve block or intolerance to massage manipulation; (5) Patients with severe bony spinal stenosis, spinal cord lesions and other types of cervical spondylosis; (6)Patients who have had open cervical spine surgery or with mental disorder or drug abuse; (7)Those who refused to participate in the study, or withdrew voluntarily in the middle of the study, or lost their visits.
