采用蛋白组学联合代谢组学技术对DKD患者进行有效生物标志物筛选，构建DKD早期诊断生物标记物。

纳入标准：

在我院、海南省人民医院和海南医学院第二附属医院、肾内科就诊并确诊为DKD，自愿入选和配合本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

They were admitted to our hospital, the People's Hospital of Hainan Province, the second affiliated hospital of the Hainan Medical College and the Department of Nephrology.

排除标准：

①合并有心血管、肝脏、肺部等疾病者；②严重凝血功能障碍；③伴严重精神心理疾病；④妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；⑤有毒性物质接触史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with cardiovascular, liver and lung diseases 2. Serious Coagulopathy 3. Severe mental illness 4. Pregnant or lactating women
5. History of exposure to toxic substances.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.来我院内分泌科、肾内科就诊并确诊为DKD的患者，签署知情同意书后，收集临床病例信息，采集空腹血液、尿液标本各2ml（前一天晚8时后禁食，采集标本前三天避免酒类、咖啡、可乐、浓茶、高糖、高脂、高蛋白类饮料或食物摄入，采集标本前避免剧烈运动），置于-80℃冰箱保存备用。对于符合入选标准的来体检中心体检的健康者，使用同样方式采集血液和尿液标本。标本采集完成后进行蛋白组学和代谢组学检测。 2.在海南省人民医院、海南医学院第二附属医院内分泌科、肾内科就诊并临床确诊为DKD的住院患者，签署知情同意书后，采集临床病例信息，收集患者肾脏病理穿刺标本标本作为观察组，同期收集微小病变型肾病住院患者肾脏病理穿刺标本作为对照组。标本采集完成后进行蛋白组学检测。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. The patients who came to the Department of Endocrinology and the Department of Nephrology in our hospital and were diagnosed as DKD signed the informed consent form and collected the clinical case information, 2 ml of blood and urine samples were collected on an empty stomach (fasting after 8:00 pm on the previous day, avoiding alcohol, coffee, Cola, strong tea, high-sugar, high-fat, high-protein drinks or food intake for three days before collection, and avoiding strenuous exercise before collection) , store in -80 ° C refrigerator. Blood and urine samples were collected in the same manner for healthy individuals who met the inclusion criteria for physical examination at the screening centre. The samples were collected for proteomics and metabolomics detection. 2. The clinical case information was collected from inpatients who were diagnosed as DKD after they signed the informed consent forms in the departments of Endocrinology and Nephrology of the People's Hospital of Hainan province and the second affiliated hospital of the Hainan Medical College, renal biopsy specimens of patients with minimal change nephropathy were collected as observation group, and renal biopsy specimens of hospitalized patients with minimal change nephropathy were collected as control group. The samples were collected for proteomic analysis.
